Webmojo ("we", "us", or "our") is a web studio that designs, builds, hosts, and maintains marketing websites for businesses. You can reach us at hello@webmojo.ai.

We design and build a custom marketing website and, where included, host and maintain it on our infrastructure. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project are agreed during your consultation and any related order or proposal. Estimated delivery times (such as our typical ~24-hour build) are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on the complexity of your project and the speed of your responses and content delivery.

• Build fee. Our standard offering is a one-time build fee of $995, which includes your first year of hosting and maintenance.
• Ongoing fees. After the first year, hosting and maintenance continue at $300 per year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Non-refundable. Because we reserve a full year of hosting, maintenance, and support capacity for your site up front, the build fee is non-refundable once work begins.

All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.

To build and operate your site, we rely on the content and materials you provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure you own or have the right to use any text, images, logos, and other materials you supply to us.
• Use your site and our services only for lawful purposes and not for any content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

On full payment of the applicable fees, you own the source code and custom design we deliver for your site, and you may export it and host it elsewhere at any time. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, libraries, frameworks, and general know-how we use to deliver our services. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Where hosting is included, we host your site on high-performance infrastructure and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance covers the occasional updates described in your plan (such as minor content changes, security patches, and dependency updates) and does not include new features, redesigns, or substantial additions, which may be quoted separately.

Our site and services rely on third-party providers — for example, scheduling, hosting, and analytics tools. Your use of features powered by those providers may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific search ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webmojo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
